In 2020, the Association for Culinary Art Therapy was founded by Chef Hector Mañón in order to embrace, share and promote the wonders of Culinary Art Therapy. This organization is dedicated to the development and promotion of Culinary Art Therapy as a recreational practice and therapeutic skill.
